About Us

Great Lakes Radiology Services, PC (GLRS) is a radiologist-led professional service organization formed in 2024 to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging interpretation services to hospitals and outpatient centers throughout Michigan. Unlike large corporate radiology groups backed by private equity, we are physician-owned and operated by board-certified, subspecialty-trained radiologists who are fully integrated with our practice.

Our radiologist-led approach means transparency in everything we do. We collaborate directly with our hospital partners and maintain low overhead so that most revenue goes back to our radiologists—not to support heavy administrative structures. Our team of more than 15 subspecialty radiologists has grown entirely through word-of-mouth referrals, reflecting the positive experiences of both our physician partners and hospital clients.

We serve hospitals and outpatient centers by providing expert interpretation of all imaging modalities through fellowship-trained radiologists who specialize in their respective areas. Our practice operates in facilities accredited by the American College of Radiology, and we work closely with our partners to deliver state-of-the-art diagnostic solutions that put physician expertise and patient care first.
